Zentra Connect Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zentra Connect platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with other users’ access to or use of the Platform.

If you create a user account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Zentra Connect of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zentra Connect or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User Conduct

You agree to not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree to not engage in any activity that could violate the rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zentra Connect is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Kenya.

8. Modifications

Zentra Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform.
